The approach focuses on three interconnected areas — Body, Mind, and Sport — helping to optimise breathing patterns, improve tolerance to carbon dioxide and oxygen delivery, and reduce unnecessary breathing stress.

Breathwork coaching using the Oxygen Advantage® method may be suitable if you:

3-Sessions
A structured introduction to functional breathing using the Oxygen Advantage® method.
At the end of the three sessions, you’ll receive a personalised breathing plan tailored to your goals to help improve your BOLT score and functional breathing.
This package is ideal if you’re new to breathwork or the Oxygen Advantage® method.
4 Coaching sessions included (60 minutes)
This package is designed for those who want to continue developing their breathing practice after the introductory sessions or focus on specific breathing goals.
This format allows greater consistency and deeper learning, helping you build lasting improvements in breathing efficiency.
(60 minutes per session)
Additional sessions are available for those who would like continued guidance, review progress, or explore specific areas of breathing in more depth.
Examples may include:
• Breathing for running and exercise
• Stress regulation and nervous system balance
• Respiratory muscle training
• Flow state
Clients who wish to continue structured development may also choose to book another 4-session package.

Once you’ve decided to proceed, you’ll get in touch to confirm which package you would like to book or ask any questions you may have beforehand. I will then send you an invoice for payment if appropriate.
Step 2: Complete your onboarding forms
Before the first session, you’ll receive:
