1. Get in touch
Complete the contact form with a brief outline of your goals and what you would like support with.
2. Initial discussion and onboarding
We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions, and complete a short onboarding process where appropriate.
3. Begin your coaching journey
Once payment has been received, we'll schedule your sessions and begin working towards your goals.
Breathwork sessions will be delivered face-to-face where possible or remotely via video call.
Nutrition and sleep coaching are delivered remotely, with support available via WhatsApp and email.
I'm Martin, founder of MDA Personal Coaching.
I have a strong personal interest in health, wellbeing, and performance, along with a genuine desire for helping others feel and function at their best.
Through my own experience and continued learning, I've seen how breathing, nutrition, and sleep work together to support better health, wellbeing, and performance.
I am a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor and hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Sport and Exercise Performance.
