How I Can Support You

Nutrition coaching is designed to help you make confident, informed decisions around food and fuelling.


My approach focuses on education, behaviour change, and practical strategies that fit around your lifestyle, training demands, and personal goals.


Coaching is tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle, and current starting point.


All coaching is delivered remotely.

Monthly Nutrition /Sports Nutrition Coaching - £250 a month

(Minimum 3 months)

Ongoing nutrition coaching for those looking for structured support, accountability, and long-term progress.


This option is ideal if you want regular guidance, review, and support while working towards performance, body composition, or lifestyle-related goals.

What’s included

  • Comprehensive  nutritional assessment centred on your goals
  • Review of food logs, lifestyle factors, and habits
  • Progress tracking at agreed intervals
  • Bi-weekly  30-minute video calls
  • Ongoing WhatsApp and email messaging support


Written summaries or guidance notes are provided where appropriate and agreed, to support clarity and consistency between sessions.


Coaching focuses on education, awareness, and practical application to help you develop confidence and independence around nutrition.

One-Off Nutrition Assessment - £150

A one-off consultation and personalised guidance designed to provide clarity, guidance and direction.


This option is ideal if you want professional insight and structure, without ongoing support.

What’s included

  •  30-minute  video consultation
  • Assessment  of current nutrition, lifestyle, and habits and general guidance provided for improvements
  • Macronutrient targets and estimated daily energy requirements (TDEE) aligned to your goals
  • A  written summary and key guidance sent by email (where appropriate and  agreed)


This option does not include ongoing support. It is best suited to those who would like to understand where they are at and receive initial guidance and are then comfortable managing progress independently.

Sports / Event Nutrition Strategy (Running-Focused) - £150

A personalised nutrition strategy for recreational and competitive runners preparing for specific events.


This option is particularly suited to those training for:


  • Parkrun/ 5k events with a time goal
  • 10K 
  • Half marathons
  • Marathons
  • Ultra-distance events


Should you require coaching for other sports, please get in touch so I can discuss further and confirm whether I am the best person to support you.

What’s included

  • 30-minute  video consultation
  • A  personalised nutrition and fuelling strategy tailored to your event, training demands, and goals
  • Macronutrient targets and practical fuelling guidance aligned to training and race demands
  • Written  guidance sent by email (where appropriate and agreed)
  • Limited follow-up questions via email for clarification


This is a self-paced option, ideal if you want focused support around a specific event without committing to monthly coaching.


You may choose to continue into ongoing nutrition coaching to refine fuelling strategies as training progresses.

Coaching is designed to support progress while respecting individual preferences, dietary requirements, and real-world constraints.

Important Information

All  consultations are delivered remotely, with video calls used where appropriate.


Written follow-ups are provided where appropriate and agreed.


The cost of 3 months of the monthly support package is required in advance.


Nutrition and sports nutrition coaching is educational and non-medical in nature. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic diets, and no meal plans are provided. 


This service is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to consult a GP, registered dietitian, or appropriately qualified registered nutrition professional where appropriate.

What Happens Next?

Step 1: Get in touch to book your package


Once you’ve decided to proceed, you’ll  get in touch to confirm which package you would like to book or ask any questions you may have beforehand. I will then send you an invoice for payment if appropriate.


Step 2: Complete your onboarding forms


Before the first session, you’ll receive:


  • A  short set of pre-call intake questions to help structure your support and      our session(s)
  • Relevant terms of business and informed consent documentation


These help me understand your current nutrition habits, lifestyle, goals, and background, and ensure coaching is delivered appropriately.


Step 3: Review & confirmation


Once payment has been received and your onboarding forms are completed and returned, I’ll review them and confirm the next steps before we begin coaching.
