The cost of 3 months of the monthly support package is required in advance.
Nutrition and sports nutrition coaching is educational and non-medical in nature. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic diets, and no meal plans are provided.
This service is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to consult a GP, registered dietitian, or appropriately qualified registered nutrition professional where appropriate.

Once you’ve decided to proceed, you’ll get in touch to confirm which package you would like to book or ask any questions you may have beforehand. I will then send you an invoice for payment if appropriate.
