Sleep Coaching

Practical, evidence-informed sleep coaching designed to improve sleep quality

Sleep support focuses on behaviour, environment, lifestyle, challenges and breathing awareness — without medical diagnosis or clinical treatment.


Coaching is tailored to your lifestyle, routine, and current starting point.


All coaching is educational and non-medical in nature and delivered remotely.

Personalised Sleep Plan - £150

A deep consultation designed to create a realistic, personalised sleep strategy tailored to your lifestyle.

What’s included

60-minute  in-depth video consultation


Assessment of:

  • Sleep routine, environment, and lifestyle
  • Sleep challenges/ areas to help with
  • General breathing habits related to sleep quality


Your personalised sleep plan includes:

  • Support with wind-down routines
  • Guidance to improving sleep quality
  • Behavioural and environmental adjustments
  • Simple, practical breathing practices to encourage relaxation and better sleep quality
  • General products to help support sleep


Email follow-up (typically within 24–48 hours):

  • Written sleep plan
  • Key focus points
  • Clear next steps


This option provides structured guidance and a practical tools  you can use immediately.

Ongoing Sleep Support (monthly) - £120

Ongoing coaching is available after purchasing the Personalised Sleep Plan.


For those who want accountability, refinement, and continued guidance as sleep habits develop over time.


Meaningful and sustainable improvements in sleep often take time. For this reason, ongoing support is recommended for a minimum of three months to allow space for habit formation, review, and adjustment.


(This is a recommendation, not a requirement.)

  • 1 × 30-minute video check-in per month
  • Review of sleep tracking and progress
  • Adjustments  to your personalised sleep plan
  • WhatsApp and email messaging support


This option is ideal if you value structured support and accountability while building long-term sleep habits.

How Sleep Coaching Works

Sleep coaching focuses on:


  • Your current sleep routine, environment, and behaviours 
  • Identifying current challenges and practical ways to address them 
  • Key lifestyle factors that may be impacting sleep 
  • Simple, realistic improvements to support better sleep quality 
  • Breathing awareness and how it influences sleep 
  • Practical tools that can be applied consistently 


The aim is to improve sleep quality through sustainable, realistic changes that fit around your lifestyle.

Important Information

  • All consultations are delivered remotely, with video calls used where  appropriate
  • Written follow-ups are provided where appropriate and agreed


Sleep coaching is educational and non-medical in nature. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. 


Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.


This service does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders.

What Happens Next?

Step 1: Get in touch to book your package


Once you’ve decided to proceed, you’ll  get in touch to confirm this or ask any questions you may have beforehand. I will then send you an invoice for payment if appropriate.


Step 2: Complete your onboarding forms


Before the first session, you’ll receive:


  • A  short set of sleep coaching intake questions
  • Relevant terms of business and informed consent documentation


These help me understand your current sleep patterns, routines, stress levels, and background, and ensure coaching is delivered safely and appropriately.


Step 3: Review & confirmation


Once payment has been received and your onboarding forms are completed and returned, I’ll review them and confirm the next steps before we begin coaching.
